From Denver/Parker Road - South on Parker Road/CO-83 to Franktown. Turn left on CO-86 and watch for the Timber Pointe gates on the left, approximately 1 mile.

From Colorado Springs - Northbound I-25 to exit 18, left on Wilcox Street. Right on 5th Street/CO-86. 7 miles to Franktown and continue east 1 mile on and watch for the Timber Pointe gates on the left.
